Bad day gone GREAT with Miway (Nompumelelo Madonseka)

At times when you think your insurance is the worse, please speak to Nompumelelo Madonseka from the retention department! She's been the best out of all good consultants that I've been in contact with.

I had 2 current issues and issues from 2 years ago where I did not anticipate the type of outcome that I've received from Nompumelelo Madonseka, Nompumelelo blew my mind away when we came to a conclusion that surpassed the expectation that I had from the begin.

@Miway, out of your many great staff, Nompumelelo Madonseka is better than the best for me. She provided me with the high quality of service, listened to me attentively as I complained about my experience and then she made sure that shes not only going to meet me half way, but better yet, exceeded my expectations and made me one of your happiest clients.
