Bad customer service 🙁🙁🙁.
I just had the worst customer service with one of your consultants her name is Nomfundo Gwala, I didn't get any help from her she was taking forever to reply to me. May someone who deals with the adjustment of premiums please contact me cos WOW 🥺. I am not happy with the increases and your customer service.
