Bad customer service

Today I spoke to Peter who works at MiWay legal department what I can say Peter does not value his job at the company he is not a representative of MiWay so unprofessional and he is not taking his job serious the saying Customer first does not exist is his vocabulary he does not a have a little bit of customer service I don’t understand how a big company like MiWay can keep such people I’m shocked
