Bad customer service

I am very disappointed, on the app there is a call me back feature, I have tried since last week to get someone to call me back, still no one has called me- I am going to change my insurance as I am not happy, my amount should have been discounted with my job move but I am paying more, this does not make sense, I will cancel and move to Naked insurance as they have given me a better offer
