Bad customer service

I canceled my policy with Miway last month on the Miway app, email was sent and tried to phone. After they deducted the premium I had to reverse the amount with a stop payment. Since then I get endless phone calls. Last week I answered and the representative gave me a very low amount which I said I’ll get back to him. I already have a new insurance. On Friday morning I went onto my banking and the lower amount was debited from my account and I got 2 months free of life cover with Miway which I NEVER agreed on. I phoned to ask them why? They wanted to know my excess on the new insurance. WHAT THE HELL does it matter, WHY was an amount deducted from my account. The senior couldn’t answer. I said to him they need to reverse the amount and he said no I need to do it at my back it will be quicker. Needless to say I phoned FNB to reverse. Today I received another phone call and a email from my back to let me know that the payment reversed will be a negative reflection on my credit score! Thanks a lot MIWAY for given me a bad credit score just because you are desperate for clients. Bad bad service. I wanted to move back but since this I will never. I’m very disappointed with this insurance and will never again recommend you to anyone. So let’s see which amount will be ducted. PS I ALREADY HAVE NEW INSURANCE and ALREADY PAID!!!
