Bad Customer Service
Joined Miway based on recommendations but disappointed in the service received currently with a vehicle insurance claim. Agents are extremely condescending. Contacted Customer Care to get insight on how to lodge a complaint but was also met with rudeness by the Consultant, ***. Seems to be the general company culture.
