Bad customer experience. Lying manager 😡🤬

Bad customer service. My vehicle went in for a rear bumper repairs. I called the manager on the 06th Sep 2022 asking about the progress of my vehicle since it has been in paint shop for almost two weeks. He said I will have my car end of the week. Sharp. I called again on the 08th Sep 2022, I spoke to some guy, he told me that the manager said I will get my car next week. I asked him to put me through the manager, the manager refused to speak to me. The manager **** and the guy that assisted me dropped the phone on me while talking. Bad customer service, lying manager, no progress update. I also blame MiWay for not intervening. I would spread the word to my friends, family, colleagues not to use Precision Auto Spray in Pretoria East. MiWay should not take our cars there. Worst customer customer experience ever
