Bad credit record

My son spoke to a consultant a few weeks ago about his credit record she said she will send a request to the ITC department to update my sons my credit record and today he app**** again for a mr price home account once again it was declined due his credit profile at Compuscan,transunion,experian and xds we want this miway account to be removed ASAP my sons credit score remains at 500 because of miway please remove the account of from the credit bureau before the end of this week or we going to the ombudsman we will never take out a insurance at miway ever again
