Bad Communication Skills

I'm currently losing money on my business because of bad communication skills from Miway consultants. I logged a request for roadside assistance 2 hours and 20 min ago till now i havent been assisted. This is the same reason why i cancelled my personal insurance with Miway, they are giving me another reason to cancel the business insurance.
