Bad communication, No one takes responsibility.

Asked for assistance regarding an accident that they noted on my documents 12/12/2021 for an accident where my car was not involved in. When they called me the evening I informed them that my car is in the garage. They informed me that the claim was not processed which meant that it won't reflect bad. A year and two months later. This accident made it seem like I was involved in an accident. Repeatedly asking them to remove it they don't want to remove it. Now it seems like I'm high risk because of an accident that was noted and no one from Miway removes this. Claims department does not take responsibility for this error.
