bad communication
bad attitude for mabatho moeketsi @10:15 am on 11.01.2018
so early in the morning and we are treated like ****
i am in need of assistance from miway and all i get is **** attitude. i am in disbelief is this what i pay for every month to be calling from my own cell and kept holding for this nonsense. my claim has not been handled properly and the repairs department is even worse. the vehicle has been taken to the wrong repairs center which will mean i will have no to commute to work. why do we need to go through hello peter to get proper service. really now, why do i need to hear feedback from the repairs centre instead of miway.
