Bad client service
Bad client service ever! I can't believe my claim was approved on the 29 June 2022 and yet I had to call in 3 times after for the payment to be transferred to my account, all agents keep on saying that the payment will be made after the call but nothing happens. It's the same story on every call and no one bothers to update me.
