Bad claims division!

Their claims division is pathetic! It's been weeks since they came to fetch my car and no feedback as to what is going on. I have called numerous times....sent emails with no luck. Seems like I should rather just cancel because as long as you pay them everything is fine but when you need them they useless. I've been told my mags are not covered but they damaged beyond repair but they can't even tell me if I will have wheels on the car to bring it home 1 day when they finished. When I called the repair place they waiting on authorization when I speak to the insurance weeks previously they say they waiting on a report which h the repair people said they sent weeks ago. When I try to get feedback weeks later nothing has been done since. You guys are pathetic really.
