Bad claim processing

MiWay insurance never late to collect premium but they delay in claims I am not happy with MiWay insurance,I made a claim and it was approved on 21 May 2020 for windscreen replacement and even today I am still waiting,I even made numerous follow ups and they keep blaming service provider as if I am the 1 who need to make follow with service provider.
