BAD CLAIM EXPERIENCE
Two months ago I had a car accident and Miway wrote the car off due to the damage - they are refusing to pay as they are saying I was traveling at excessive speed. (NOT TRUE) I disputed this and have now gone to the ombudsman. I have sent all the emails and correspondence between myself and Miway to the Ombudsman. They wont return my car, but they removed it from my possession, They cancelled my policy on me and still took a monthly premium afterwards. They are the worst insurance company to deal with.
