Bad Business Practice Third Party Claim

Bad business practice, third party claim which was attended took months, after a change of an employee handling the case we told that they not paying. An arrogant employee told us that they not paying reason is pothole that cause accident, while there's no pothole in that road and there's nothing like that in the accident report.
