Bad bad very bad bad

I cancelled my insurance policy with miway but they are still taking money from my account, you guys are *****ing my money now.

It took a month trying to cancel the policy with miway, when I called them to cancel they put me on hold for ever i think they just do it to get you to hang up or airtime runs out. When i request a call they dont even call. I used my office number to contact them and it took 15min on traffic.
