Bad, bad service no call backs from Miway!!!!!

<p>My car has been at the panelbeaters for more than a month, due to the fact that the dealer promises parts to the panelbeaters and do not deliver. Yesterday I had to return the rental car as a month has gone by. This morning I went to the panel beaters, and they told me that the car will maybe be fixed in two weeks time! I called Miway, and told them the situation and asked them to confirm what the panelbeaters told me. I still need to have a rental, which must be covered by Miway, as I need to have a vehicle, as I am a contractor who is paid by the hour, and today I needed to be at work, and due to the fact that someone at Miway are not doing, I am still at home. I am so disappointed with Miway, and their service delivery, and it seems that my money is good enough, but that does not include service delivery! I want a supervisor or a manager at Miway to call me.</p>
