Bad bad service

<p>On tuesday the 31/01/2017 i was involved in an accident, i called miWay help line using my other number which they don't have on their system and spoke to one of their consultants whom advised that A1 assist should tow my car(which was drivable) to their inspection centre(great south auto body) in booysen and i asked that consultant if they gonna pay the towing company and they said they will, even the guy who towed the car confirmed that they will pay. Yesterday i went to great south to go fetch my car and mind you i was there for 5 hours waiting for miWay to forward release email. Spoke to Philip from the claim department who advised that they not gonna pay the towing company because on their system apparently i never called them because they cant see my number, yes they not gonna recognize my number because its not on their system sent Philip an email and told him to check their system using the number which i called with but he never did that instead he told the receptionist from great south that this is not his query and his superiors advised him that they not gonna pay the towing company.</p> <p>Now i have to pay R4500 for the towing company, miWay insurance its *********** their customer service it BAD i regret joining that insurance and im even ready to close my insurance.</p> <p> </p>
