BAD BAD BAD service

Terrible experience. Been a policy holder since April 2020 with no claims. My first claim was submitted today a month ago. The call center can't put you though to your claims adviser as they are always busy on a call and they never phone back. The assessor squashed my quote from R53,000 to R12,000 with an excess of R3000 more than was quoted on my policy.... I still have not received any explanation and can't drive my car... a month later. Most terrible insurance experience of my life.....
