Bad attitude and absolute no help

We started dealing with MiWay in about December 2015. There was an accident policy that was to be payed to us. We were contacted by Brenda Mwale-Onyait who is the Quality Assurance Advisor. She was rude with us from day one and is never available telephonically and only responds to emails weeks later. I have now sent her all the required documents and still have not heard from her. Seems like MiWays policy is not doing it your way, but rather their way- slow and with no concern for helping you. MiWay currently provides me with insurance cover, way things are that is soon to change.

Seems MiWay is all promises. Prince has has the better part of a week to help me and yet no feedback. I have emailed and called and left messages and yet still no feedback.

I am lost for words. Empty promises and *********** staff.
