Bad Attitude

<p>At 17H32 I recieived a call from Mr Mark Miway Assessor and informed me that he is responding to my Hellopeter comment. He informed me that he had already made a decision not to fix my car intoto. He simply told me that He can't change from that. the only remedy for me is to appeal in writing to their dispute committee and prove to them that the damages caused to my car were as the result of the accident. He was just telling me , not prepared in taking my own presentation. Our continued conversation was a total iritation to him.</p> <p>He even showed a high degree of rudeness as if I committed a crime by reporting miway to Hello Peter.</p> <p>1st of all he had never communicated any assessment findings to me before. if I would not had reported this to Hello Peter I would not have received anything from Miway. Their level of arrogance and rudeness leaves much more to be desired. Can we then be protected from this kind of rudeness. This gentleman was expecting me to agree to all what he was saying as if I am a yes boy. He got so agitated when I tried to reason. He remained resolute that he will never change from his decision. My point of argument is that damages in my car were as the result of the accident. There is a clear causal nexus between the accident and the damages. Unfortunately the system of the car that I was driving is intertwined and each unit or component does not run indepedently from one another. Lastly I maintain that the onus will never shift onto me because I never put any allegations. Onus rests on who soever alleges .</p> <p>I also put to them that , nothing was communicated to me prior since the 23rd of July to the effect that the damages to my car were not accident related. What they have authorised is total foreign to my car and not even assisting my car to move from where it is parked. I was nicely driving my car until the accident happened in the early hours of the 23rd. Can we then be assisted and be protected from Miway's Arrogance. I really need my car to be done not later than the 19th instant. They have approved my claim now when they saw the quotation from Parkhill Panel beaters they are now reversing and restarting the claim. Where did they get the initial quotation. Mr Mark did not satisfy me all what he was busy doing was to tell me that he is going to put a note on Hello Peter that he had responded to me. He was just passing his Key Performance Area(KPA) not redressing from my complaint. Can we then be called by an objective person not the one who took a cruel and selfish decision.</p>
