Bad attitude

Unprofessional Sashentha Kuni . My car is involved in an accident whereby u was not driving it . My cousin was coming fetch me since I'm pregnancy and on his was hd was involved in an accident. My husband and him were afraid to tell me until I find out . I call my way to move the car from other storage to their storage. I then give them case number and they send me an that sashentha she gonna be handling my claim so fine two days pass she didn't contact me and I then tried to contact her she didn't pick up the phone several times but anyway I was patient since I was still in a shock. I then drop her an email to contact me . She then contact me I ask her what is the process she explained to me that they will assess the car for about 7 days and they will let me know. Yet the same person past 7 days she never inform me about car rental cover that I have. I'm in the meeting at work I see miway 's number I quickly step out of the meeting and answer the phone . When pick up the call this lady she so rude that she didn't even ask me do u have a minutes to talk to me ,she just waffle on me saying your car is written off we can't fix it .and I ask how much is the cost she tell me .
