Bad Attitude

I called In today at miway to change my residential address and see if I can lower my Excess as well. <br> I spoke to a lady by the name of Mogolo (not sure about the spelling). <br> Its a Monday and I have no idea what happened there. It seemed like she was not interested in the call.<br> She did not explain things the way other consultants normally do. I seriously didn't like her attitude, it was just not cool at all.
