bad assistance

hello Peter I need your assistance on the 27th of June i was involved in an accident and I wasn't wrong. The driver of the other car was wrong and gave me all her particulars. We went to the police station and did everything. she confirmed that she had third party and her insurance company will pay everything. <br> I phoned my insurance company to report the accident and they did all investigation and told me to take the vehicle to be assessed. They got the report and told that the access is R12 000 and I have to take the vehicle to be fixed, before I could take it I received an sms telling me that \I"have to pay R10 000 up front. I really don't understand why they said I should pay that amount whilst the third party have to do it.
