BAD AND NEGLIGENT SERVICE FROM MI WAY INSURANCE AND OLYMPUS PANEL BEATERS !!!!

I am a loyal customer of Mi Way Insurance. I have all my four vehicles insured by Mi Way Insurance. I had an accident with one of my vehicles I think in 2018. I was referred for repairs to one Panel Beater in Koedoe****rt because it is nearer to where I stay. The Panel Beater is Olympus Panel Beaters ***. They repaired my vehicle then in 2018 but since it was repaired I never had peace. The bumper that they repaired keeps on falling off. I have been back and forth to the panel Beaters like 3 times already but still the problem does not get sorted. The last time being on Monday the 1st of June 2020. They returned the car to me in the same state. I contacted Mi Way to complain because it is very inconveniencing to leave your car everyday with the Panel Beaters. They do not even have the decency of calling me to advise how long they are going to take with my vehicle only when I phone to ask them what time I am getting my car then they advise me that no I cannot get my car the same day because they are waiting for parts. After waiting for the 2 days then they still bring it without fixing anything, it is still the same. The bumper is still the same not fixed despite the fact that it went back to them 3 times already.

I am not sure if they are doing this to me because I am a BLACK woman.

Apparently, the lady who phoned me regarding my complaint at Mi Way from Mi Way, does not allow me to talk about my frustrations that I have experienced with the panel beater instead she is accusing me of refusing to be assisted with the repairs to my car and she does not seem to solve anything. The lady is called Tshegofatso *** and I dont know her surname. She is speaking to me like I am getting a free service from both the Insurance as well as the Panel Beaters. I painfully keep my monthly payments up to date despite the difficult times that we are in. I painfully paid the access to the Panel Beaters (R4 500.00) as well yet they do not fix my car to a satisfactory standard. Furthermore I do not get the service that I am paying for from Mi Way Insurance.

I do not know these Panel Beaters but I used them on Mi Way's recommendations because they are on their Panel of Panel Beaters.

This is not fair on me because I am just a Loyal client to Mi Way and I am just trying to keep my Loyalty with Mi Way not that I cannot get other Insurance Companies who can actually give me better Insurance service than them. I do not want to tarnish the image of anyone but if these big Companies are pushing me to act as such I have no choice but to publish their *********** service everywhere so that their clients also knows what I am going though and what they need to expect should they fall into the same shoes as I am right now.

I am spreading this *********** SERVICE, BAD SERVICE everywhere on the streets of social media as well as all the big Newspapers.

I am very frustrated with this and let us see where all this will take us all - MiWay Insurance, Olympus Panel Beater and myself.
