Awful service received from miway insurance

My car was taken by a towing company sent my Miway on the 5th of February 2024 after a minor accident. The car was promised to be returned within 2 weeks. From then, we receive updates almost after every 7 days stating that the car will be returned 7 days later. I have made multiple calls and what I am told is that the panelbeaters are the ones stuck. I therefore have to make calls myself to try and get the car fixed. It has been 3 months now and I still don’t have my car.

I have to use my airtime contacting them, I use uber all the time and I keep canceling appointments since they always promise that the car would be returned and a few days before the date it should be returned, the date gets changed. On top of that, I still have to pay the monthly insurance premium even though they have the car. At this point I’m not even sure if they still have my car because they don’t even want me to visit the panelbeaters. This service is awful and disgusting!
