Awesome Thabang

<p>My premium went up by almost R200 n I wasn't sure what had happened as I have been a loyal Miway customer for 3 years now. I have never had a problem with claims or anything and I am content. So with this increase i was ready to look for other insurances but before this i made a call and asked to speak to a Snr Consultant as the agent wasnt helping. I spoke to Thabang who took me through my profile and explained a lot of things. He also managed to assist with my premium. But this is not why I am saying he is awesome. He is awesome because of his customers service. He was very polite and understanding and I was willing to engage with him even though I was upset. End of da call, I was thinking of how I would love to have people like Thabang working for my company. Miway needs more people like Thabang</p>
