Awesome stuff

Today I called MiWay to inquire about the exorbitant increase of over 30% in my premium and I spoke to Maipfi who explained that it is an annual escalation which is also affected by the claims i made in the previous year. Before i could say anything she asked me to hold on so she can check if they can't improve the premium. Guess What? 1 minute down the line she says to me that the premium will be adjusted and wow it was 20% cheaper than the initial increase. She is a star....Big ups to MiWAY and their employees.
