I received the best service thus far from miway compared to previous companies i was insured with. The consultant i spoke to, Patrick Mbalati was efficient, caring in making sure that the start of the claim process was handled appropriately, and within 20 minutes i was back at home and my car was towed away by Odendal towing who was also very helpful the driver Matthew stopped immediately to asssit and make sure that everything is sorted. I again received a courtesy calls from Patrick to find out if i am doing alright and check up. Definitely services recommended where you as the client gets treated with the utmost respect, and the consultants are friendly, caring and it feels that he had my best interest at heart.
