awesome service with policy review

I just called in to resolve an issue with my policy review and Dimakatso was absolutely awesome in sorting out my issue. Hats off to her for excellent customer service. It is a nice surprise when you get good customer service in a country where giving good service to customers is considered by most to be an unnecessary courtesy.
