Awesome Service with a Surprise

I called in today at 12:45 and spoke to Simphiwe Khumalo to have my cellphone insured. I mentioned that the premium for it is a bit high but I agreed to the quotation. Not having to ask him to review any of the other insured items, he looked at each item and reduced the premiums to make my total premium less per month. Now that is awesome service by going above and beyond the customer's expectations. It is wonderful to know that in today's day and age, you are being looked after financially and not milked for every possible cent. MiWay has always treated me very well and I can recommend both MiWay as well as Simphiwe to any potential customer. They do things my way! Thank you Simphiwe! ;o)
