Very helpful, patient and accomodating. Really felt understood and it did not seem like a transactional conversation. Nokuthula has in my opinion, amazing interpersonal s****s and she made it easy for me to express my concerns and get the help that I needed. Zandile was also very responsive and assisted me accordingly. Really, really good employees and worth keeping.
