Awesome service from Sesi Phasa
I'm a commercial customer with MiWay and need to have a vehicle towed from the Free State to Midrand. The service I received from Sesi Phasa was out of this world. I've had interactions with the MiWay customer service staff but this ineraction with Sesi was just special. She promptly gave me details on my past claims and called my back with quotations from suppliers (it was a 300km towing job) and revealed some benefits I didn't know I had. Overall, she made my day.
