Awesome service from MiWay team: Vusi, Nomasonto & Thandi
<p>I would really like to appreciate the MiWay team that assisted me today me today to renew my policy. Vusi Rihlapfu received my call and instead of making me hold the line for too long, he requested a 'call back' on my behalf. Then Nomasonto Siyaba returned my call and she took me through the review process and further referred me to her senior advisor Thandi Bocibo. Thandi did things really my way as this company has been doing it for me since 2008. I am so happy with my premium and keeping all my benefits.</p> <p> </p> <p>Keep on doing things my way, MiWay.</p>
