AWESOME SERVICE!! Claiming and Insuring Again

May 2021 - Recently submitted a claim, Ray Naidoo came to the rescue, thanks a lot for your assistance. A lot of documentation required before a claim is approved, but hey, its the procedure right. However, I'm really happy with the service he offered, did a bit of shopping for me as well for my replacement, Thanks to Ray.

June 2021 - Submitted a request on the App to insure my new Camera, Nhlanhla Mabizela called and assisted, explained all the terms and conditions, premium was good. And he further requested for a drop on the premium, and guess what, it dropped. Thanks to Nhlanhla.

Been with MiWay since 2012, I have had claims (Big and Small) on my car, windshield, home contents, etc. And i have never, never had any issues with the claims. Process is easy, as the App is very much straight forward. Really Happy with the service, Much Appreciated.
