I had the pleasant experience of being assisted by Neo Makhaza with my claim and I just want to thank her for her awesome customer service. She made the process of claiming to be seamless and made sure that it was extremely comfortable. She constantly kept me in the loop with regards to all the developments. In a nutshell the service I received was absolutely amazing and more than anything else, she was very patient with me. She truly went beyond the call of duty with regards to my demands.
