Awesome service by Mr. Mpho
Great.
This was really refreshing in terms of customer service. Mpho did a stellar job... I was about to cancel my policy and join their competitor but Mr. Mpho managed to convince me otherwise with very sound arguments by showing me exactly the flaws in the deals I was being offered by their competitor. This was stellar. I am a happy customer right now, with a reduced premium fee and a better access. Good job Sir. We need more like you who takes customer needs at heart.
