Great service from MiWay in renegotiating my premium. Spoke to Busi and she was awesome. Calm, collected, polite and efficient -- these are characteristics that many employees on frontline can aspire to. She maintained composure when I threw her a curve ball.

I have been a MiWay customer for 6 years now -- no complaints.
