Awesome Service
Today l sent an email to MiWay at 08:51 about my premium. I wasn’t happy with my renewal increase. By 12am, Buhle Nkuna was on it and she gave me a premium better than the previous one l had. This is actually not the first time this lady assisted me, she assisted me a month ago with another matter.
I am mostly impressed with the way she is always bubbly and the way she always tries her level best to give the best service possible. She is a keeper and hope MiWay get more consultants like her.
