Awesome Service

Earlier on today I made changes to my cover, the service from Nhlanhla was above and beyond exceptional. He finally explained all the extras and their use on my policy good and proper to me. On top of this, when I requested to end the call for work reasons, he kept calling back as promised to check if it was good time to talk. Very polite and welcoming young man, if I had a choice, I would liaise with him every time I need to update my policy. Hope he sees this somehow, Nhlanhla - you're a star! Do unto others.
