Nkosinati was simply amazing when my son used my car to run an errand for me ino fetching his sister from school today,he left the cars lights on and got stuck and obviously needed the car battery charged. Nkosinati reassured me help will be sent shortly when I called. He provided me with the information of who the person was that was going to assist as well as the company name.He sent me a follow up sms to confirm they were sorted and he tried to get hold of my son personally to find out if they had reached home safely.When he could not reach him because his phone battery could not be charged in the car he called me again to find out if they were back home.
