After receiving a notice wrt to the renewal of my policy i was not very impressed as there was an increase in my premiums once again. I contacted Miway Call Centre and initially spoke to Kelibogile who was very understanding and helpful. She reviewed the policy and it decreased by only a fraction. I was then transferred to Dimakatso, who is a Senior Adviser and after careful consideration and listening to the reasoning behind my dissatisfaction she reviewed my current policy again and dealt with my inquiry in a very professional and profound manner and to my absolute delight came up with a fantastic premium. Overall my experience with Miway over the past 8 years has been an absolute pleasure and on that note thanks for keeping me happy and doing things Mi-Way.
