<p>I would like to bring to light the exceptional service I received from Nkosinathi. I contacted your offices yesterday with a tow truck problem, Nkosinathi was very helpful. He kept me informed at all time and he even went an extra mile and motivated for an extra charged that i would have incurred to be waived.
