<p>I would like to thank William for his asssitance on Friday when my car would not start. He went the extra mile in making sure that I was kept in the loop.</p> <p>Thank you for making the effort of calling me back in 20 mins to check if a technician had arrived to assist.</p> <p>He even called back later on in the afternoon to check if my issue had been resolved. In a time when all we do as human beings is to complain and not commend someone for doing a great job I have to say thanks.
