Awesome Insurer, Staff and Settlement!!!
I was involved in an accident where another vehicle basically smashed into my Ford Ranger. This happened on 22 Mar 25. The bakkie was written off and Darren Ruthman was the Claims Assessor that assisted me. I can say that a fair process was conducted, and a better-than-expected Retail Value was paid to me within 2 weeks. Alet Rood the Claims Admin Advisor also provided excellent support. The waiting period calls for some patience...but in the end it was worth it.
