Awesome Experience Dealing with MiWay Call Centre

The call centre agent, Diego, really made my morning with his awesome attitude and ability to assist. It was a refreshing experience dealing with Diego. His knowledge on explaining the details of my cover was extensive and he was able to answer every one of my many queries without the slightest hint of frustration. He was efficient and effective in resolving my issues - not to mention assisting me in getting a lower premium! All in all, great experience with the MiWay Call Centre - keep up the good work!
