Awesome Customer Service!

I required assistance on my insurance cover and I was assisted by a consultant called Katlego. She was extremely helpful and friendly (and by that i mean sincerely friendly), and even while we were going through the process asked me how my day was going. Previously this morning I had a call from another company (different industry) and the consultant sounded like a robot, no customer relations skills. Thank you Katlego, you really an asset to MiWay, may you be blessed. (The previous consultant who assisted me was also very friendly, I believe this is what makes you stand out above other companies. We all understand that you are a profit company, but while you do your business, you do it well! Some companies just focus on making money and have no customer service, or are very insincere / **** friendly - MiWay you are the exception, well done!).
