AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE BY XOLANI!
I spoke to Xolani Radebe from the Call Cenre who assisted me with amendments on my currently policy. Xolani was extremely helpful, polite and determined to assist me with my requests. He even managed to further negotiate for them to drop my premium. A big thank you to Xolani for going the extra mile! Keep up the good work Xolani!
