Awesome Customer Service

<p>I lodged a claim with Miway after my car bonnet got loose while i was driving, smashing my windscreen and lots of other damage to the car. I called MiWay to have the car fixed - and the service i got from Mr Abel Khathi was OUTSTANDING. He was friendly, professional and made me feel like we have been friends for ages. The claim was processed in not time, car hire arranged and the car fixed hassle free. He was always there advising me about the progress and developments. It was like I was not dealing with an Insurance Company, but a brother who has known me for years. As a person also in Support, I appreciated his total commitment and professionalism in ensuring the customer is KING, I really feel like one.</p> <p> </p> <p>This week, months after the car was fixed, I received a present from MiWay, which i found to be incredible! I have never experience such treatment from any other company. It was really a touch of CLASS, and I will recommend this Company to anyone looking for Car Insurance because they still know what Customer Service is ABOUT. Congratulations to Miway Staff, especially Mr Abel Khathi - I will never forget that name!!!
